Through her work with the Small Business Administration's Office of Disaster Assistance, Amarillo resident Mildred Darton has seen a lot of natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes and mudslides. Despite seeing all of the devastation first hand, she still believes that some of the worst disasters are man-made.
