Restaurant inspired by Roy's of Amboy opens in Barstow

Roy's Cafe , which features a neon sign inspired by another sign at the historic Roy's of Amboy, California, recently opened on Route 66 in Barstow, California. Roy's Cafe is now open in Barstow on Main Street Route 66. The menu is similar to the original innBoy but with a modern twist.
