Tracey Wolfe Grainger Today Editor ROGERSVILLE - A California man was arrested Thursday, July 27 after reportedly evading officers and rolling backwards off the Hugh B. Day Bridge, on Route 66 in Rogersville. According to a press release issued by the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office , officers received a report Nicholas Bryan, 36, was sitting on the side of the bridge.
