The 806 Coffee & Lounge owner Jason Barrett has spent the last nine years serving customers at his art-filled Route 66 coffee shop. Barrett is the president of San Jacinto Coalition, a nonprofit started to coordinate efforts along Southwest Sixth Avenue in support of one of Amarillo's poorest neighborhoods.
