Route 66 diner in Haverhill evacuated after chip pan fire starts in kitchen

A restaurant in High Street, Haverhill, had to be evacuated today after a chip pan fire started in the kitchen. Suffolk Fire and Rescue was called at 11.51am to the Route 66 restaurant, and sent two crews from Haverhill.
